About this property

Unit 131- 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Club Interior

This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. There is a spacious elevator to take you to the third floor. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and a 50" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a 2 queen sized beds with a 42" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. The comfortably furnished screened- in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Fun time!

This place was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The check in process was easy and the lady at the front desk was very helpful with giving information on things to do and places to eat. Property was very clean and the pools were lots of fun! Definitely made our first trip to SK the best!

Nice vacation property

The condo was clean, well equipped and had everything we expected in a rental. The beautiful beach was a short walk away; the pool was super. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay!Unfortunately, a lightning strike the day before we arrived knocked out the elevator and it took until the third day of our stay for FPL to get it fixed. My wife and I are in our late 70’s and walking up and down to the third floor was exhausting. We did not let that affect the rating for the property.

We loved staying at Palm Bay Club! The proximity to the beach was a huge advantage, and the beach chairs that were provided were handy and comfortable. Our unit was clean, nicely furnished and very quiet. Our only problem was that we couldn't get the living room TV to work, but the bedroom ones did. Thanks for a wonderful time!
