We always strive to provide an excellent experience considering we own and manage multiple properties. We take great pride in offering our homes to guest to enjoy but realize it may not be for everyone. We've been in property management for 5+ years and have established a rapport with top notch professional cleaners to maintain the property after each guest stay. We take it a step further by having someone from our local management team to conduct a walk through prior to guest check-in. This particular guest reached out to us regarding the property not being clean, we offered to have local management to come to the property to verify and address the concern and the guest declined. We also asked for the guest to send pictures of the issues that were present and again the guest declined. To any future guest this is viewed as a one off situation, this property is conveniently located within a mile of the Auburn University and less than 3 miles from East Alabama Medical Center where we host students, business professionals, and families and we look forward to hosting you soon.
