About the host
Hosted by Kirsten Damphier

My father was the swimming instructor on the island for 40 years and my mother was a local exhibited artist. This provided the opportunity for me to spend every summer on this wonderful island. Now a photographer and my husband a songwriter we continue to enjoy it's beauty and serenity.. Whether reading at the beach, biking, a trip to the ocean, enjoying the local theater or eating the local seafood, we continue to enjoy the carefree lifestyle of the island.
