Located minutes from South Ferry on pristine Smith's Cove, bordering Mashomack Preserve and overlooking Peconic bay, this spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2½ baths comfortably sleeps 6. The house is set back from the quiet road, discretely nestled on a wooded half acre lot that sweeps down to a private dock. A minute stroll brings you to the private association beach while complimentary kayaks and bicycles can take you further afield. The house basks in wonderful light thanks to its Southern exposure, enjoyed best from the wraparound deck or garden hammock. The recently renovated interior features pickled oak floors, top of the line bathroom fixtures, new furniture, flat screen TV, wi-fi, fireplace, central heating and AC. If you're looking for somewhere to recharge, relax and rejuvenate then look no further. We could go on and on but the photos speak for themselves.

Take garbage to the dump located on North Menantic Road. Town approved bag provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
