I had a very nice stay at the Riverbank Motel. The room and the bed were comfortable. The access to InnSeasons was a huge highlight too. The only complaint I have is I noticed a couple large ants in the bathroom and kitchen. Hopefully they put traps out, and the problem is gone for the next guest.

Cozy room with kitchenette. This room was so well appointed to make my stay comfortable. I eat out a couple times and also used the kitchenette. Very quiet.

Location is perfect for all Lincoln/Woodstock/Franconia Notch. Unit was very clean with plenty of towels. Shower seemed recently updated. The photos make the unit appear a bit larger than it is. Would recommend only one or two people at most. Not the fanciest but clean and perfect for when you are looking for a place to come back to and relax for a few hours before bed.
