The guest did not share any concerns with us at all, out of the house was in tiptop shape, I can’t imagine why a three star is justified We cried ourselves on great service and affordable, clean amenities

Really just can’t beat the price for this place. It’s a beautiful area and has a hot tub for a significantly more affordable price than any other house in the area. Had a great time hiking and then came home, cooked a meal, and then jumped into the hot-tub.

Our family had an amazing time in New Hampshire! This property was exactly what we needed to help us wind down after a day of hiking and adventuring! Everything was as advertised and went as smoothly as could be expected. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location to get to the Franconia attractions. We would have liked some better quality pans in the kitchen and pillows in the bedroom, but that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.

Great place all around

We loved our stay at this spacious house close to Cannon Mountain.the room set up, and the large kitchen/eating area were perfect for our family. Coming home to a hot tub and a drier after skiing all day were the absolute perks!
