Nestled within the evergreen canopy with glimpses of the ocean filtering through, this unique home epitomizes the peace and beauty of Orcas Island living. Spend your days among the treetops - relaxing, dining, and marveling at your surroundings on a 360-degree deck that wraps around the house.

This home feels incredibly private, while being a short 5 miles to charming downtown Eastsound. Within walking distance are a trail that leads into spectacular Moran State Park (one mile) and the seaplane arrival dock for Kenmore Air from Seattle.

The centerpiece of this home is the deck, the perfect spot for morning coffee with the breeze rustling through the trees. Linger with a good book for a few hours, return in the afternoon to barbecue on the Traeger grill, and sit down for a special evening meal in the golden hour light.

Inside, the house is modern yet cozy, with picture windows framing the forest at every turn. It's a lovely setting for playing board games by the window, watching movies using your personal streaming services, and cooking at home in the well-equipped kitchen. Rounding out the home comforts are two serene bedrooms, central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
