It did the job

Overall a good stay. However, the media room is not heated so we did not have access to it. We weren't told this until after we checked in. The furniture in the other living spaces is not really for lounging. There were four of us and it was hard to get everyone a place to sit to watch a movie in the living area. The kitchen has the basics and the host did leave coffee, creamer, and sparkling juice for us which I greatly appreciated. No toaster or mixer, but the host did offer to buy and put in the house.

The host was very easy to communicate with, and the location near the beach was excellent. Our kids had a blast with the touchscreen TV in the movie room, and the nice backyard was a big plus for our dog!On the downside, we were disappointed to find that the sheets were dirty upon arrival, requiring us to do laundry right when we got in. The furniture differed from the listing photos and wasn't very comfortable to relax on. We also found the house understocked on essentials like towels, paper towels, and basic kitchen tools. Great potential, but needs better preparation for guests.
