This was a nice, clean rental house with great access to the water. We loved using the kayaks, and the local art on the walls was a nice touch. Could have used more towels (only 4), and a scrubby to clean dishes by hand.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin on the lake. The place was super nice, clean, peaceful, and very relaxing. The lake views made it even more special, and it was the perfect getaway to rest and enjoy nature. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it!
Over all, the property was just like the listing. However the amount of mosquitos inside were insane (not the owners fault, that’s just what happens when you’re in an older cabin.) when they say bring bug spray they meant it! Didn’t have any issues and we enjoyed our peaceful weekend on the water
Perfect. Peaceful. Sitting and watching the lake helped heal my soul. We had 5 adults and a teen, 2 families, all fit comfortably. Outcry and living space are spacious and all the furniture is comfy. Lots of privacy on the lot even though it's small thanks to mature trees, which also provide nice shade. More amenities than expected and No Perfumes or Frangrances! This was huge for me since I have a perfume sensitivity that triggers migraines. Hope to be able to stay again in the future as I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Literally minutes from Mackinaw City and the Bridge.
Is a wonderful home, on the lake, that was enjoyed by all of us! Would have liked a little bit more living room seating since there was 6 of us, but only has seating for 3. Would have liked more paper products. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper, that we could find, and we had to buy some. Also, no paper plates or cups ( which we have found in other Vrbo’s wev’ve stayed in. But these few things did not kept us from enjoying our stay!
Great location and lovely setting. This was a well stocked cabin with all the necessary items to make for a comfortable stay. Very easy access to area attractions, a great home base for day trip travels. Being directly on the water was a super peaceful place to have coffee in the morning and lay on the dock at night to sky watch.
Really terrific. Wish to have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities. Great view. Clean and organized. Comfortable linens. Peaceful sleeping in the quiet neighborhood.
The cabin was very cozy and located on a beautiful lakefront just 10 minutes south of Mackinaw City. Great lakeside amenities, spacious enclosed patio, and interesting artwork throughout. Blustery weather kept us from using the lakefront seating area during our stay but overall the cabin was perfect for everything else we did that weekend.
We really enjoyed our time at this cabin, it was very cozy and had a beautiful view of paradise lake. It was also close and convenient to go to Mackinac city and sturgeon bay. Would definitely stay here again.
This was a beautiful stay for my family and I. We were in town for a couple days to visit Mackinac Island. The cabin was spacious and clean. My dad an I also enjoyed the opportunity to take the kayaks out on the lake. Would stay here again.
Overall our stay was very nice. All the ameneties listed were there. Cabin was for the most part clean. There are a couple things that need repair/attention but those things did not significantly impact our stay.
