Nicollet is a lovely, small community of approximately 1,000 people, with several parks and dining options within walking distance. Just off the highway, this small town is centrally located to Mankato and New Ulm, with many shopping or entertainment options within easy driving distance.
What makes this property unique
This spacious home offers room for the whole family, or group of friends, with ample green space, and garden views. With easy access to the highway, you will find this home convenient and comfortable. The roomy common areas provide plenty of space to host a small holiday gathering, girls trip, or a family vacation and yet, have plenty of space to sneak away for some peace and quiet, if you choose.
