THE PROPERTY
Our home is nestled on a rolling knoll, amidst 12 private acres of sugarbush and a falling brook that runs right through our back woods.
Enter through the walk-in basement, where a mudroom offers the perfect spot to kick off your hiking boots or stash your ski gear after a day on the trails. Just beyond, you’ll find an bonus hangout space that transforms into our third bedroom—complete with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There’s also a full laundry room on this level if you need to freshen up your gear mid-stay.
Walk up to the main floor, where picture windows let in abundant light and frame valley views. Our living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, a cozy wood-burning stove, an entertainment center with a Smart TV that turns into art when not in use, and two built-in workstations perfect for remote office setups. Comfortable seating and a Sonos sound system are featured throughout the house.
On the third floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds and luxury linens. Cozy up in the primary bedroom's cushioned reading nook or get productive at the second bedroom's extra writing desk. The upstairs bathroom has a rainfall shower head and bluetooth-enabled speaker fan that offers mood lighting.
Head outdoors to sip your morning coffee on our wraparound porch, grill and enjoy meals in the open-air dining setup, read a book on one of our sun loungers, or enjoy an evening of s'mores by the fire pit. With a sloping acre of wildflowers, lilac bushes, and more, our yard is a true pollinator's paradise — all punctuated by the peaceful sounds of our babbling brook.

IMPORTANT NOTES
~4WD DURING WINTER MONTHS~
From December through March, 4WD or AWD is highly recommended to access our property. Our home is situated at the top of a gravel road and driveway, which can present challenges for 2WD vehicles during the winter.
~CELL RECEPTION & WIFI~
Also note that, due to our secluded setting, we have limited cellular service. Our WiFi signal extends well beyond our house, but you will likely lose cellular service upon your entry into the Nebraska Valley. To mitigate any communication challenges, we recommend toggling on the "Wi-Fi calling" feature on your mobile device. This feature allows you to make and receive calls and texts over a Wi-Fi network, ensuring you can stay connected even in areas with weak or no cellular signal. Note that we also provide guests with a set of walkie-talkie's to use when exploring the woods and waterfall!
~BACKYARD WATERFALL~
Behind our house, we have 12 expansive acres of woods with an incredible falling brook and waterfall feature. The terrain can be challenging, as our property extends up a wooded knoll. There is also no cellular service in the woods. Walkie-talkies are provided for use while exploring.
We allow our guests to explore the natural beauty of our property, but ask that you venture and explore the surroundings at your own comfort level. Please take the necessary precautions and navigate the area with safety and care.
