Indian palms townhouse

Property check-in and out was great. Owner quick to reply to communication and had everything we needed for our trip. Unit was very clean, just dated and needed some minor repairs/paint etc. Would definitely recommend for families, reasonably priced for what you get.

Perfect layout

The layout of this condo was perfect for our family. We were in town for the Mary Nutter college softball tourney. The location was perfect. Having a kitchen with all the supplies made cooking/preparing our own food a breeze! We only ended up staying the 1 night, but we all agreed that the location , cleanliness and friendliness of staff were all worth coming back to this property if we find ourselves in the area again! Thank you!

Fine, but not fancy

Adequate place, clean enough (if you’re not a perfectionist) and beds were comfy. Parking is close to the unit. Good location if you need to be in La Quinta, and affordable compared to what other places charge. The pool is right outside your door, which is nice but wasn't very clean. Curtains in master let a lot of light in. Very quiet - even on Spring Break.

Ok so it’s overall an okay property. It gets the job done but it’s not fancy. We came for the tennis tournament so we were out all day but this place is small and barely fits 5 people. They didn’t have more than 2 towels. The office hours for check in was odd but it was fast. I would recommend it if you’re not planning to stay at the property all day.
