This recently renovated architect's mid-century home in Palm Springs features a spacious private backyard with a kidney-shaped swimming pool, spa, lounge seating and fire pit. On those summer-like days, the pool can serve as a great place to cool off when you want to be outside and enjoy some time with family and friends. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor stylish space to entertain. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the airport and easy biking distance from downtown.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
See owners Manual for additional required Check-out and Clean-Up instructions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are required to provide a deposit of $2000. Deposit is refundable pending a walk through and agreement with the host at check-out.
All children using the pool/spa shall be supervised by an adult. Only adults shall utilize the fire pit and BBQ.
Landlord is not responsible for any accidents or drownings in the use of the house amenities.

The place is absolutely perfect! It is in a safe and beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. In case you need something, chances are it is in one of the drawers or cabinets in the kitchen or closets. We loved our stay and will definitely book again when the opportunity presents itself. The only downside of staying at the property is you will miss the gorgeous mountain views from the backyard when you return home. Tim was a great host!
