Step inside and be greeted by a modern and spacious interior. The living area is tastefully furnished with cozy seating, allowing you to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the endless attractions throughout the 10-mile Strech in this resort town. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your favorite delicious meals.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a restful night's sleep. Each room features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and lovely decor. The two bathrooms offer convenience and privacy, ensuring that everyone can freshen up without any hassle.

Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

In the driveway can park up to 4 cars. Street parking is also available on a 1st come basis. No smoking/vaping in the house nor on any part of the property.

This house is in an R-1 Designated area of OC that restricts unrelated guests to no more than 4. This property has a maximum of 8 persons, so 5 would have to be blood related or by marriage. This information must be indicated when making the reservation and must be verified upon request from Bluvista Vacation Rentals.
