Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Bed linens do not need to be stripped. All towels must be laundered and returned to their respective locations. Counters should be wiped clean and floors should be "broom clean".
Return all TV/overhead light remotes to their respective locations. Keep property & all furnishings in good order. If damaged at arrival or if anything becomes damaged, please notify us immediately
Lock all doors and close all windows upon your departure. Please do not lock the bottom lock of the front door as there is no key accessible for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
