Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! This is our second time staying at the House on Highrock Creek and highly recommend it. The house is perfect for 2 families with kids (a fun “kids room”) and the outdoor space is great for spending the day playing lawn games. Everything was perfect and we will likely stay here again!

Can't say enough about what a great vacation property this was for our family! Great location and fully stocked for loads of fun for all ages! Loved our stay here and hope to stay again in the future! Karen was so attentive to any question or issue we had, which were few.

Amazing property minutes to downtown fish creek but also in a super quiet remote location. Owner was very prompt. Couldn’t ask for more! Would stay again 100%!!

Perfect Stay

Beautiful, clean, convenient location that made for an ideal Door County Escape! We were a group of 3 siblings and their kids. This home was beautiful, spacious and comfortable for all. In the heart of the action of Door County, with kind and responsive hosts.... we will be back!

Master class in vacation rentals. This is the third time we have stayed at the House on Highrock Creek, and it is easily one of the best, if not the best, vacation rentals we have experienced. The hosts are fantastic: they are very responsive and proactive about questions that come up. The property itself is wonderful. The house is spacious and thoughtfully well-appointed with games, comfortable furniture, and a well stocked kitchen with plenty of hardware… a chef’s delight. The outdoor space is fantastic with ample space for yard games, a large fire pit with plenty of firewood, and very comfortable outdoor furniture. It is clear that the hosts put plenty of thought and energy into this home. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend.

Annual Family Trip

My family gets together every summer for a stay in door county. This home has a quiet location in the woods that works for guests with varying ages. A great jumping off point for checking out shops, restaurants and galleries. I had some questions and details to work out after I booked, Karen always responded promptly and even sent a link featuring things to do during our stay.

Beautiful house and location

Easy check-in, beautiful house with good amenities. Big backyard for the kids to play in, and the kids loved the bunk room. No playground as listed but they found plenty to do. Plenty of kitchen items, and plastic ware for kids or outdoor seating. Very clean and room to spread out.

we were pleasantly surprised how well stacked the kitchen was every utensil. You could imagine so many options for serving trays and plates. Great knives we loved loved love the kitchen.The patio was also a super plus beautiful outdoor spaceWould highly recommend this property!

Our third summer to Door County was even better because of our stay! The house is in a great location, which makes it easy to get to wherever you are going. Everything was super clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Karen was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
