The cottage was cozy and homey. Michael’s response time was fast and he was open to us inviting some friends over before our event and we really appreciated his openness. It was quiet while we stayed and we felt safe and right at home! Definitely would stay again

Very charming rental! This 1 bedroom cottage is great for 1-2 people. Very cute, good communication, and easy to access. We found street parking right out front. It had everything we needed for a short stay in Denver.
We really enjoyed our stay in the carriage house. It definitely has some character as an older property, but that added to the charm. The shower head could use a little attention, as the water pressure was weak and it seemed loose from the wall. One thing to note is that the path to the carriage house takes you past the main house, so it can feel a bit unusual walking by while people are inside. A clearer walkway to the gate would make it much easier, as we had to cut through wet grass and even walked through the automated sprinklers one night—which left us soaked!Overall, it was a cozy and enjoyable stay, and we appreciated the experience.
We came to town for one night to see whiskey Myers at red rock and celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. The house had everything we needed, communication with the host was top notch and we got to meet Murphy!
I rented this cute place so I could have a sleepover with my granddaughters. I am from Oregon and wanted a place near their house that I could bring them to for the night. This place was perfect for us.
Thank you Michael!

This place is such a cute setup with easy access and amenities. However, the surrounding neighborhood on the main drag was very sketchy; graffiti, homeless people, and drug addicts everywhere. The local grocery store had an armed police officer at the exit; checking bags and receipts. There were bars on all the windows of the local establishments. Although we had no issues during our stay, the area, in general, made me very uneasy. Overall the stay was nice. No fault of the owners, but the surrounding area is awful. I don’t want this entire review to sound negative, I’m just being honest. I’d also like to suggest at least one more A/C unit or a few more ceiling fans. It was difficult on the warmer days/nights. On a positive note, the street itself was pretty quiet and well maintained. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
This property is super cute and cozy. Very clean! Love the that it hinds in the back of the property. Very quiet.. Was perfect for our little trip for medical reasons. And Murphy the dog was a bonus :) thank you!
The cottage was exactly what we needed. It was in a perfect location and it was extremely cute. Your property manager was so helpful and kind. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

It was clean and had a nice vibe to it. It was a lil weird going through the side door to the backyard but it was fine. Biggest issue is the WiFi router seems to be in the main house just barely in range for my tv to use which causes it to lag and sometimes disconnects completely and since you have no access to the router not much you can do about it.
The cottage was cute, and met our needs. If you are heat sensitive the ac doesn’t cool down the bedroom so would just be aware of that. Also there are diet and food books in the kitchen for anyone with ED history to be aware of. Overall a good stay.
The host charged us after checking out for a damaged toilet seat which was already damaged when we arrived.
My husband and I stayed her for one night when we had ticketes to see the Avalanche. Perfect cozy place to chill before & after. Nicely remodeled and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to make a path through the grass to the gate. It was difficult to pull my suitcase though the thick grass and my husband had some trouble because he uses a cane. Nothing that made our stay bad, just a siggedtiin.
We enjoyed our stay in this small cottage. We were happy to see excellent coffee, spices, and olive oil to use, and the recipe books were a nice touch. The location is awesome! We quickly walked to the grocery store and had a delicious breakfast at Atomic Cowboy. Many restaurants, convenience stores, and parks are within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and we even met a friendly neighbor. The only thing we wished we had was a small dish rack to dry out dishes instead of towel drying them. There were 3 of us, I slept on the couch, but I did see a blowup mattress in the bedroom closet. I did wish there were at least 3 pillows, but I ended up using the couch throw pillows. We would stay here again, we loved it!
