This 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo boasts a super comfy Queen Bed with plush linen with a desk workspace, ambient lighting, and full ceramic tiled bathroom shower. The spacious living room features 2 chairs, a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, high boy table for 2, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 2 and a Smart TV!
Don't forget to catch the serene skyline views of downtown Atlanta outside on the private patio.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo unit! Laundry room is located on the basement floor of the building.

Getting Around:
Surface parking lot right next to the building. Free parking provided during your stay for 1 space in a covered parking deck behind the condo building. Street parking available.

Other Things to Note:
This unit is a traditional boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. There is a unit in each room. Fan speed can be controlled by switching the knobs on the unit. The building switches the AC to Heat and Heat to AC at the appropriate times during each season.
