Nicholas, we're sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We take guest concerns seriously and responded promptly when you contacted us shortly after arrival. While your review mentions a pest-control appointment scheduled for Friday, it leaves out that we subsequently secured an earlier appointment for Tuesday, just two days after your arrival. We also arranged to have the HVAC and supplemental air conditioning evaluated. Unfortunately, you had already decided to leave and secure alternative accommodations before we had the opportunity to address your concerns. Our listing and pre-arrival communications explain the building's central HVAC system and the supplemental air conditioning provided. As a historic downtown condominium, the building's common areas and security are managed by the condominium association, while we remain attentive to concerns affecting our guests. We understand you were disappointed with the refund decision, but that should not overshadow our efforts to respond and arrange assistance. We appreciate your acknowledgment that we were responsive and remain committed to clear communication, transparency, and providing a positive guest experience. Ken
