Welcome to The Whale Spout – Your Coastal Haven in Hampton Beach!
Welcome to The Whale Spout—your Hampton Beach retreat just 500 feet from Ocean Boulevard and the sandy shoreline. This charming first-floor unit is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street and sleeps 4 comfortably (king + full). Enjoy 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a cozy three-season sun porch. Walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Includes linens, beach gear, and one reserved parking spot.
The Whale Spout comes with 1 parking space.
Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are two other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm.
Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations.
Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Friday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated blue bin out front. All recyclables go in the green bins out back. Please move the bins out near the road on the morning of or night before trash pickup days. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.
Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES!
