Property was just as listed! Beautiful, clean and up to date. The beds were very comfortable!! The location was perfect! We'll definitely be staying again! And Michael was very quick to respond, very personable, and made the whole process very easy!

Beautiful apartment. Beds were comfortable. Nice and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The host, Michael was great and responded to any questions promptly. I highly recommend for your beach stay.

This property was excellent location, the home was very nicely decorated. The neighbors were all so nice and friendly. We had a great time, check in was great. Everything you needed was there.

Best location!

This place was absolutely perfect for our vacation! The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the beach and all the local attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyonevisiting Hampton Beach

An outdoor area would be nice, picnic table or chairs. Stacked parking was annoying. My grand daughter had a broken leg so we had to use the car to transport her back and forth to the beach. Having to move the car for the King tide was annoying. Location was great!Weather was great!Laundry was a plus. Do you have a larger unit available for next year?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry that a member of your group had a broken leg during your vacation! Parking at the beach is very challenging, which is why we are very open and transparent about our parking situation. As noted in the listing and then mentioned in all of our communications, we have parking available for a single vehicle and it must be a sedan or compact SUV. The stacked parking can definitely get annoying, but if guests work together, you can actually park so that no in is blocked in. Thanks for staying with us!

4 day Hampton Stay

The cottage was very well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It was recently renovated so that was a plus to me and my family as it felt new and fresh. Location and communication with owner was great. Loved having access to the shared washer and dryer as well. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. We had a great stay!
