The place was quite, outside needs updated. The inside of #11 was nicely decorated, clean, cant see ocean for dunes but i dont do elevators. The window of sliding door was cracked. The deck was horrible., i was afraid my husband was gonna fall through it. The railing to the right was torn off deck. So we didnt sit on deck because i was afraid it wouldnt hold us both. Iggest issue was the water. The hot water bearly warmed up. I hate a cold shower. I notified host and was told to contact front desk which must be at some other place, not sure why they couldnt email or call them. Thats something host should do. I will not stay here again mainly due to water. If taking suggestions, fix the issues and update the outside and consider putting a deck on top of the building. The swimming pool.....well its way outdated, looked nasty, and be better off to make that parking space or grill area. So we didnt get in the pool. Maybe lower the bed for older short people. No hair dryer in room. We relaxed found a few sharks teeth and slept.

Inside was nice. View would have been better from the 2nd or 3rd floor though and the railing on deck was broken.

Check In/ Check out was very easy and straightforward. Inside of room looked as if recently updated. Very nice and beach appropriate. View from balcony was of dunes but that didn’t bother me. Balcony side railing was a little iffy and wobbly but only reason I even noticed was because traveled with my 7 year old. Also, wasn’t an issue just told her to stay off of it. (also ground level) Walk to the beach was very nice, literally right outside of your room. Room was perfect location, not far from great restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Would stay at this place again.
