Spent the July 4th weekend at the property with my family with aged 1 to 65 and everyone enjoyed themselves at this amazing property. The house, the pool house, pond and grounds were immaculate, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. A large storm hit the area while we were there, and the standby generator kicked on within seconds to provide comfort and entertainment for my family while there was a large power outage. Great house and a great time!

We had a great time during our family's stay in July 2026 with our ƙids and their young children. The house is well equipped and has a good layout for a large group. There are some places where you can escape to quiet when the little ones are happily screaming during their play. The inside pool is great for privacy, convenience and something to do regardless of the weather. Some areas for improvement include more comfortable mattresses in the rooms with the bunk beds (a mattress topper would help) and adding a gate to the deck so the little ones and dog can stay out on the deck without constant watching or a leash. It was also disappointing that shampoo, conditioner and shower soap weren't provided, especially with the relatively high price of the rental.

Everything was great- the layout is perfect for a group of people as the main living space was separated from the bedrooms -but there is 1 bedroom on that level if needed for people who can’t go up/ down stairs.Linens were included- but we needed extra so the only thing I would recommend is bringing extra towels or for there to be a linen closet with extra towels for use.The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes you might need.Eugene was super helpful and responsive!

The home was exactly as pictured—modern, beautiful, and very spacious for our group. The pool was on the cooler side, but the owner was extremely attentive and responsive and warme it up, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic, close to stores, shopping, and skiing. It was the perfect winter weekend getaway, and I would definitely rent this home again.

We had an incredible weekend at Blue Pond Retreat for a surprise 40th birthday. The house was perfect for our group of 16—spacious, clean, and very well-organized.The indoor pool house was a total game-changer, especially with the freezing weather! The kids loved it, and the adults appreciated large living space. Check-in was a breeze and the host’s communication was spot on. Highly recommend for any large family gathering!

Nice family getaway

This is a lovely spot for a family reunion. There are plenty of rooms to choose from and a lovely, private pool. It's also a short 2-minute drive from Great Wolf. Would recommend for a family with kids.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

The house was very nice and modern. The pool was great. The location was nice. The back woods were popular with the kids. Plenty to do for a few days of relaxing together with friends.

Check-in was very easy, and the kitchen was nice and clean. However, there were a few issues: the fireplace remote didn’t work, the pool door was missing a screw that prevented it from swinging open, and the pillows in all the bedrooms need to be replaced.

Family really enjoyed the stay. Hard for my husband to use front steps into the house without a railing. Wish the first floor bedroom was connected to the bathroom.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotless when we arrived—clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for families. The kids had an amazing time swimming in the pool and spending hours downstairs playing table tennis and pool. The property itself is incredible, surrounded by beautiful woods that were great for exploring and little adventures. Evenings around the fire were a highlight—roasting marshmallows, telling stories, and just enjoying the peace and quiet together. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun for the whole family. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Vacation at Blue Pond

Great stay at Blue Pond. The house was lovely and the pool was awesome! The recreation room gave the kids a space to hang out. The only complaint would be not enough large pots if you cook for a large family and bring extra towels for the pool. We would definitely go back!
