Hiking Trails, Waterfalls, Gem Mining, Catch a Show/Concert at the Smoky Mountain Performing Arts Center(only 5 minutes away), Take a beautiful 30 minute drive over to Harrahs Cherokee Casino, A short 40 minute drive to Bryson City, or a quick 25
minute drive up to Highlands.

We are within 10 minutes to Franklin(Main Street), 20 minutes to Sylva, 25 minutes to Highlands, 30 minutes to Cherokee, 40 minutes to Bryson city and 1 hr to Asheville. Also just 20 minutes to Clayton, GA.

Quiet, comfortable home located a short distance from downtown Franklin and close to hiking opportunities on the Appalachian Trail. Home was spotless and nearly new. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Perfect choice to adults or a small family. Hunter and Brittany were first class hosts.

We came into town on a sister trip to visit family. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The view is lovely and we enjoyed watching the birds and the farmer calling the cows home in the morning. This home was absolutely perfect for our trip and we will be back again!

Hosts were most gracious and helpful. We’ve stayed in Franklin many times but this was by far the best. Location was close to shopping, downtown area. Kitchen well supplied( i’m a cooker) and appliances new. Definitely recommend for your stay- long or short period of time.

So cute and clean

We loved staying here. The house was so cute inside and everything was so well considered. The furniture was comfortable, we loved the rocking chairs on the porch to see the mountain view. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. I would definitely recommend it.

Convenient, clean & quiet!

Located close to Franklin and areas of North Georgia, we found this place quite convenient. It was clean and had everything we needed. The porch was the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning with nothing but the sounds of the birds singing their morning songs!

Sunset Retreat

The Sunset Retreat was just as described. Everything was spotless and new. My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had any utensil you would need for cooking. I would definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful view of the mountains overlooking a working farm.

Cozy sunset retreat

My wife and I stayed at Cozy Sunset Retreat three nights including Thanksgiving. Access is an easy drive on all paved roads. Franklin is within a 5 minute drive. The house is super clean with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The mattress was very comfortable. It was indeed cozy and perfect for the two of us.

Great Place! Wonderful Hosts!

This house is wonderful! My wife and I stayed here in mid-October. The house is very new and very nicely finished and decorated. We appreciated the small details that made the stay that much better - extra blankets, rocking chairs on the porch, complete dishes that matched, quality silverware, etc. Our trip was about two weeks after hurricane Helene came through the area. The hosts were very quick to answer our questions about the impact to the area and were very gracious about our concerns. I'm so glad we went. The house is an easy drive to many tourist destinations and the location offered easy backroad access to amenities within Franklin. We highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Home

We came to Franklin on a girls trip, my two sisters and I. The home was as advertised. A new property, very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Brittney responded quickly to our questions. We would stay here again. One note: if you plan on staying for several days, be sure to bring extra toiletries, cooking essentials and washing machine detergent. This was specified in the check-in description, but I missed it. Which was not the owner's fault.
