Wonderful property

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balconies was wonderful. Everything was accurate from the description. Owner communicated a lot with me and was very helpful. I will definitely book this property again!!

This is a VIP experience all the way. Secured access to parking garage and elevators take you to secured access to condo. We never saw another person in the halls or the elevators. Walk 100 feet from parking space to elevators. Walk 30 feet from elevator to your door. Ride the elevator down and a beautiful dog park is directly accross the street! The balcony views are the best in Galveston! Looks out over the spectacular grounds of the San Louis to the Gulf of America! If you want beauty and quiet....this is it.

Unit is severely outdated living room furniture has holes and is uncomfortable. Balcony doors were very hard to open. Parking was great. View was great. Resort was great. Left two days earlier because it was uncomfortable.

Beautiful place

The condo was clean with a beautiful view. Room service was fast. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful to me. The whole hotel was very pet friendly. They even had a dog park! My 2 little dogs loved it there. We walked on the seawall, watched the sun rise, and I had delicious sea food. The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. I will be back.

The condos are a great place

We’ve stayed twice in the condos and both were very nice. On arrival, I texted James with a question and 15 seconds later he called me. Scary! The king bed and 1.5 baths are a tie breaker. On our next Galveston trip, we will check here for availability. Thanks James

Overall, our stay was okay. The owner/property representative was timely with communication, provided clear instructions, and made the check-in process easy, which we appreciated.The photos were generally an accurate representation of the layout and amenities, but they didn't fully capture the amount of wear and tear throughout the unit. The most noticeable issue was the living room furniture—the couch had several rips, and the smaller loveseat had what appeared to be a large brown or rust-colored stain, which made the space feel more worn than expected.The location was excellent, and the overall property and surrounding amenities were wonderful. We stayed during a very busy week and booked late, so I recognize that the premium price we paid was a result of demand and timing.One tip for future guests: be sure to bring your own toiletries, as they are not provided, and bring quarters if you plan to use the on-site laundry facilities.While the unit met our basic needs, I personally wouldn't choose this specific unit again if other options were available. With some updates and replacement of the worn furniture, it would provide a much better overall guest experience.
