Bedroom 1: Featuring a full size bed.

Bedroom 2: Featuring two sets of Twin over Twin Bunk bed set, board games and toy chest.

Outdoor Space: Features a fully fenced backyard, and a hot tub.

An unincorporated mountain resort town in San Bernardino County, Fawnskin is considered one of the most peaceful places to live amid Southern California`s many cozy mountain towns. Surrounded by the National Forest on the north shore of Big Bear Lake, this idyllic community has adapted a quiet residential lifestyle with numerous spacious lots boasting breathtaking views of the lake and mountains.

Over the years, Fawnskin has maintained its small, tight-knit community because it often gets overlooked by the much more well-known Big Bear. However, despite Fawnskin not being as large as its more famous neighbors, residents and tourists alike will find themselves close to charming lodgings, fun attractions, great restaurants, and plenty of natural splendors to explore.

Pet fee $35 per pet per stay.

Roku, Apple TV, DVD player and DVDs, Foosball, puzzles, board games, card games, toy chest with action figures, dolls, animals etc.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our `things to know` and `house rules` sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
