This gated community grants you access to a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center, game room with pool and Ping-Pong tables, a hot tub, a sauna, a BBQ area with multiple gas grills, a deck overlooking a tranquil lagoon, a public study/mini library room with WiFi, a movie room with theater seating and a 70-inch TV, and laundry facilities.

In addition to these entertaining amenities, you will also enjoy a prime location in Pacific Beach, one of San Diego's premier beach neighborhoods. You are within a short walking distance of grocery stores, Starbucks, convenience stores, and plenty of restaurants. The ocean is approximately a mile away and the bay is only .25 miles.

As soon as you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you will be greeted by a welcoming open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with an extensive sectional and a large smart TV with streaming services. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare delicious culinary masterpieces. Yoga mats, a foam roller, and adjustable Bowflex weights are tucked away next to the shoe rack if you ever feel like working out. The primary suite enjoys a full-size desk and chair and an en suite bathroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Tenant leases and rental agreements must contain a provision making compliance with the provisions of the governing documents (see Section 5A) and the provisions of this Policy Manual, conditions of performance by the tenant under the lease or rental agreement.
No Owner may advertise any Unit as available for rent for transient or hotel purposes or for a term of less than thirty (30) days. No Owner may advertise any Unit for rent without identifying that the unit is located within The Plaza community by including the phrase “The Plaza Condominium Association”. Notwithstanding the Association’s fine schedule, a breach of this rule is subject to a $3,000 fine per violation. (Adopted 9/29/16).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
