Beautiful one level newly remodeled home with all new appliances. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all on the one level, 2 car garage, make this a perfect home for family vacation. Large open family room with a fireplace, spacious kitchen open to dining room. It has been completely renovated with ALL NEW appliances, flooring, paint, and new furniture. The home has been professionally decorated with all new beds for max comfort with King size memory foam mattress in Master bedroom. All amenities are provided!

The space
LOCATION: The location is very convenient and close to McCarran Blvd and Highway 80. We are 7.7 miles from the airport, 30 minutes to Mount Rose, 7 minutes to downtown Reno, and approximately 40 minutes to Lake Tahoe. There are many restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and entertainment within a few minutes of walking distance from the home.

LIVING/DINING:
We have large sectional comfortable sofa with dining table and bar sitting to accommodate a large group. We provide live channels through our 58" Smart TV by accessing YouTube TV.

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Our kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, pots/pans, silverware & knives, plates, coffee cups, glasses, grilling utensils, and wine glasses. We provide linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, and hand soaps. We also provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and soap. A Walmart is nearby (5 minutes’ walk) if you need additional items for your stay.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: All Beds have comfortable new mattresses.
BEDROOM 1: This spacious Master Bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress bed. There is master bath with and attached walk in closet.

BEDROOM 2: Thiroom has a full over trundle bed, and a twin bunked. This room can sleep 5. It also has a closet.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all parts of the house except the one locked owner’s closet inside the house and one locked garage storage closet. Garage can accommodate two cars and two additional cars in the driveway. If needed, there are parking spaces on the street.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

Host was polite and had good communication. The home is in a safe location and as mentioned in the listing, close to Wal-Mart and lots of fastfood places. It was a less than 10 minute drive to downtown Reno and a 30 minute drive to Mt. Rose. It was the perfect accommodation for my family, my sister's family, and my brother's family comfortably. The home is clean.

Overall, property was fine. Did not like that the thermostat was set at 58, and that it automatically reset to there at night.

Dear Bob, thanks for the feedback. In the welcome package and house rules, we have shared instructions and YouTube videos on how to set NEST temperature. All our guest can change the temperature as they wish. We have texted and messaged you the YouTube links on phone ad VRBO. NEST is automatically set to Eco mode because we try out best to be environmental concisions in the case that the house is vacant. I will also include the instruction in the Check In instructions so that there is it is more accessible to our guests.

Wonderful host and property. There was a small issue with VRBO not sending out the automated checkin info, but to owners responded immediately and was a great help. Would definitely book again.

This will be our retirement home in 10 years because we love the outdoor activities, nearby attractions and year-long events and our son’s volleyball tournaments! We have spared no expenses while sprucing up the house as our vacation home. We have new floors, new paint, and new furniture. I value our guests and understanding what is important to them.
