Step out of the back patio of this peaceful directly backing onto the trails of Heritage Park, a 170 acre nature preserve with breathtaking views. Cross the park to be at Rising Silo, one of the area’s best venues for craft beer and music. Don’t sacrifice all of this for location - be at Virginia Tech or downtown Blacksburg in less than 10 minutes.
The space
The unit is newly renovated with a luxurious bathroom and high end kitchen appliances, bedroom with queen bed, pull out sofa in living space, and full size twin bed if needed. Open concept kitchen, dinette and living area. TVs in bedroom and living area, wifi throughout space. Patio with seating for 5, fire pit, and children’s outdoor toys. Dedicated guest combination washer/dryer is available for stays longer than 3 nights, if needed please let host know in advance of stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to separate downstairs apartment with dedicated entrance. Entire yard and outdoor space is available to you. Parking is available on driveway right outside the apartment and on the street as needed. Dedicated guest laundry is accessed through main garage and requires prior arrangement.
Other things to note
Hosts live in main part of the house with young children. We do our best to give you privacy, but it’s possible that you may encounter us walking through the yard on our way to the park or nature trails. Feel free to say hi! Our kids love meeting new people.
