This is an excellent property right on the Grand Canal, with a dock and Kayaks available. Our grandchildren fished for hours, catching nothing but having great fun. The very good Irvine Ranch Market is next door, which is great, and restaurants and frozen bananas are steps away.Greg was welcoming and a pleasure to work with.Perhaps a few paint touch ups would be a good idea, but that's a minor quibble.Highly recommended.

Lovely spot

We had a wonderful weekend stay as a family. We loved walking around the island, shopping, and getting an amazing cinnamon roll from the local bakery. Our family would definitely stay again.

Great location on the island

We rented this house for our spring break. The location can be beat right on Gran Canal and close to Marine Avenue. Communication and check-in was fantastic throughout the whole stay!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were in town for a family wedding and Balboa Island is a great to stay. We were right on the canal. The main street, and Island were very walkable! Greg and his dad were amazing hosts! The house had tons of room, everything we needed! Would highly recommend!
