Beautiful home with amazing ameneties! We loved the pool and hot tub, the arcade games, and the jacuzzi in the master bedroom. This is a well cared for property that has a lot of attention to detail put in. The owner was excellent witu communicating and the process to check in and check out was so smooth! Highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

Great host- Eddie had someone come out on a Sunday to get the hot tub working! Great place for our disc golf group of guys to enjoy the disc golf courses of Austin during the NADGT we were in town for.

Perfect for Bachelorette Party!

Host was very accommodating and communicative! Place was well stocked with anything you could need. Pool was awesome and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and relax. 15 mins from airport and city with easy uber/lyft access. Neighborhood felt very safe. Would stay here again.

Quick Golf Trip

Four of us were in Austin for a golf trip. The house had more than enough room for just four guys. Hot tub was great, house was very clean, and communication with the Eddie was very easy as he was super quick to reply. We would definitely stay here again!

I think there was a party before us, confetti on the ledge, tape on the walls, plastic shotglasses left outside, inside of cabinets were dusty, but that was the worst of it. Nice space and amenities were great especially for the cost.

I’m baffled and shocked at the previous highly rated reviews for this property. We booked this house months in advance, paid in full, and added an extra night, only to be told the day before our trip that the extra night wasn’t actually confirmed. We had to scramble for another place and they wouldn’t allow us an early check-in the following day. For a home advertised to sleep 10, there were just three coffee mugs and not enough towels for our party of six, with one towel smelling sour. We were also given only about a third of a roll of paper towels, with no additional supply.The sauna was dilapidated and inoperable and looked nothing like the pictures. The hot tub never got properly warm, the poorly maintained putting green was barely usable and two of the three arcade machines didn’t work. The backyard had dog poop, wasps everywhere, and was generally poorly maintained.Cleanliness was also a major issue. We found a used Band-Aid on a dresser, and the floors and countertops throughout the home were dingy and poorly cleaned.For the price and how this property is advertised, the experience was completely unacceptable. It needs significantly better management, maintenance, and basic attention to cleanliness.We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Quick Texas Getaway

Eddie's house is truly impressive! It offers all the amenities you could ask for and more. Eddie ensures a smooth check-in process, and the location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown. The backyard with its pool, hot tub, sauna, and putting green is a fantastic feature. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and Eddie is responsive to any inquiries. As someone who usually watches TV to fall asleep, I did notice that the bedrooms don't have TVs in them. However, there are two very large TVs in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas, so it's definitely not a dealbreaker! Overall, I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had such a great stay here for my bachelorette girls trip this past weekend! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a fun getaway. We especially loved spending time at the pool, it was definitely a highlight of the trip. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

This property worked well for our stay and was large enough to accommodate our family get-together. The host was AMAZING to work with and was able to completely come through for us in a last-minute pinch. The pool was a great amenity and our family enjoyed our time out there. Both the pool and hot tub were clean and in great working condition. There were a few fixtures broken in the master bathroom when we arrived but nothing that we couldn’t work around for a couple of days. The mattress in the master bedroom could probably use an upgrade, as my wife and I were trying not to roll to the middle. We also loved the game room, and everything was in working order there too. I would recommend this property to travelers in large groups, as it is spread out and provides a comfortable atmosphere with everyone allotted their own space!
