Nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac, our inviting home is your ticket to a perfect vacation. Unwind and experience the ultimate in relaxation and fun!

Enjoy the in ground pool, hot tub, sauna, putting green, or arcade.

The large patio is the perfect place to gather. Fire up the grill, enjoy your morning coffee, take in the fresh air, or sip a glass of wine under the shade.

Less than 15 min drive:
- Downtown Austin/6th Street/SoCo
- Zilker Park
- Austin Airport

The space
Comfortable and tastefully Texan styled for your Austin, Texas trip. Well suited to entertain friends and families.

The whole home and pool available to yourselves.

Exterior Cameras
The parameter/outside of the home is monitored by cameras for security and insurance purposes. They are not actively monitored, as I have a life and your privacy is held in high regard.

4 parking spots on the driveway and ample along the street (the garage is not available).
Other things to note
- Hot tub can be heated, but pool is not heated.
- For safety, Sauna only available November through March during the cooler months.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

Beautiful home with amazing ameneties! We loved the pool and hot tub, the arcade games, and the jacuzzi in the master bedroom. This is a well cared for property that has a lot of attention to detail put in. The owner was excellent witu communicating and the process to check in and check out was so smooth! Highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

Perfect for Bachelorette Party!

Host was very accommodating and communicative! Place was well stocked with anything you could need. Pool was awesome and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and relax. 15 mins from airport and city with easy uber/lyft access. Neighborhood felt very safe. Would stay here again.

Quick Golf Trip

Four of us were in Austin for a golf trip. The house had more than enough room for just four guys. Hot tub was great, house was very clean, and communication with the Eddie was very easy as he was super quick to reply. We would definitely stay here again!

I think there was a party before us, confetti on the ledge, tape on the walls, plastic shotglasses left outside, inside of cabinets were dusty, but that was the worst of it. Nice space and amenities were great especially for the cost.

Quick Texas Getaway

Eddie's house is truly impressive! It offers all the amenities you could ask for and more. Eddie ensures a smooth check-in process, and the location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown. The backyard with its pool, hot tub, sauna, and putting green is a fantastic feature. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and Eddie is responsive to any inquiries. As someone who usually watches TV to fall asleep, I did notice that the bedrooms don't have TVs in them. However, there are two very large TVs in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas, so it's definitely not a dealbreaker! Overall, I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
