Convenient to Helena ball fields and clean. As advertised but one suggestion would be to add a couch or comfortable chair for sitting in the common area. Thanks for hosting us!

The space was nice. We had a major/minor issue first morning but the owner got on it and things were fixed up quick while we were out. The location was convenient.

Was disappointed that the property listed a hot tub and A/C, there was none. Found several spiders in the bathroom. Listing said it could sleep 4 but it was tough for 3 adults. The bed was way too tall. We had to remove the box spring and put the mattress on the bed frame to make it accessible for average size adults. It’s a spacious place and could be remodeled easily to have a second bedroom. It would also nice to provide ice cube trays for the freezer. Our third guest purchased an air mattress for the second and third night to avoid sleeping on the undersized futon couch provided.

I'm sorry you didn't have a better stay. The original listing wasn't updated to reflect the hot tub was taken out. I corrected that to reflect properly. We do spray regularly for pests. We will make sure there are additional items you requested for future guests.

This is a host you can trust! I got a cheaper rate due to it being a new listing and then later dropped two nights due to another family member announcing a wedding, necessitating a shorter stay. Host was responsive and made the adjustment... but the price didn't drop because the rate was now much higher. When I identified this to the host, she immediately applied credit to bring the rate in line with the original booking, no questions asked. This really impressed me. Very honest! This is more of a bargain rental, but very serviceable and in line with how it was portrayed. I imagine it will get better with time. It's very spacious, but would benefit from reconfiguration or bigger furniture. The only thing I would call inaccurate is that the futon isn't really twin size and only suitable for a child. It was perfect for my 12yo, but probably too short for a taller adult. If you're hoping for "sleeps 4" as advertised, bring an air mattress. That said, it's clean, it's in a quiet area, and it had everything we needed. Good communication with the host electronically, but never seen and that's how most of us like it.

Very nice but only one bed. Bathroom fan very noisy. So loud you didn’t dare turn it on if anyone was sleeping. No "real TV" -- ie no cable or direct TV.

Spacious area. Appliances in excellent condition. Comfortable bed although it was high for seniors and next time, we will ask for footstools . TV difficult for seniors to work. Great responsive host.
