The Cottage is a one bedroom/bath cottage part of the Historic Lawrence and Amanda Beaver property .4 miles from downtown Helena. The property is surrounded by a 75 mile trail system that all funnel right to the property. WiFi and a Smart TV are provided as well as a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Its proximity to the breweries and downtown amenities makes this a walkable destination with a mountain feel.

Love this little historic house. Perfect for staying with a canine friend with the dog-door and fenced yard. Easy check-in, check-out. clean and cute. Enjoyed this dog friendly property. Although an older (historic) home, it had all the amenities we needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. Bed was very comfortable which is always a bonus.
