Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: New Home very clean and professionally managed Only downside was your not allowed to park your car in the garage and the driveway is hard to maneuver getting out without being able to pull into the garage.

Beautiful home and comfortable to stay in. Quite a distance from shops and restaurants at the front of the island if you are planning to bike. Also a bit of a distance by bike to the beach. Great place to come back to you though! The house is comfortable And has everything needed for cooking/grilling. There are not a lot of spaces other than the main living area which rolls into the kitchen and the bedrooms, though. If someone is watching a TV at night, there really isn’t another place to go other than a bedroom. No office space or sitting area or other area to convene other than outside. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 350 Governors Drive for five nights and we could not have been happier. The house is absolutely stunning. Each room was decorated flawlessly, the high end appliances were easy to maneuver and the pool was pristine and the perfect size. The location was excellent. An easy 10 minute ride to the beach which was the highlight of our trip. We would definitely book this house on our next trip to Kiawah.

Beautiful new home

This is a beautiful home, which is very well equipped. The pros are that it is within biking distance to the beach, it seems very private, and it's newer, so it doesn't have the wear and tear of a typical rental. The cons are that, even though there is a bathroom in every bedroom, the counter space/storage for the vanities are little to none, unless you are in the master. The other negative is that there is only one main living area, so there is nowhere to go if you wanted another space to separate from others in the home. The house is truly lovely though, and we would stay there again. The pool and outdoor area is relaxing and the perfect place to gather at the end of the day. The finishes and decor are very well thought out, so it feels like a home away from home. Thanks so much for opening your gorgeous new home for other families to enjoy.

Nice property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home fit my family nicely. Everyone had their own spaces. I would recommend a tv option in the bunk room. I had a 12 yr old and 18yr old boy sharing that room. They would have liked to connect their ps5. Otherwise, amenities were nice and comfortable. There were some random ants and palmetto bugs. Nothing crazy but sure to be expected in the area. We just took care of them as they showed. The management company was fantastic to work with. A very relaxing retreat.

Elevator was a big help for my elderly in-laws. Location is amazing, central to everything, biking distance to everywhere. This house is elevated and gives you a feeling of living in a fairytale treehouse amongst beautiful trees. ESPM team are super professional and helpful. What an amazing vacation!
