There are cows and ducks and all the farm things. Centrally Located between Lexington and Cincinnati. Relax and enjoy the serene farm life.

Property was spacious and well maintained. Only real negative was a lack of a garbage disposal which makes cleanup more difficult after meals if you're used to having one. Otherwise great!

Amazing place for family to gather! Christa was so helpful and has a beautiful, thoughtfully stocked home in Dry Ridge. They couldn't have been more gracious hosts while we were in town for a sister's wedding. We loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit & cooking in the open kitchen.

Wonderful stay at the Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was an ideal location for visiting the Ark Encounter and also going to Cincinnati. We loved our time spent in the backyard and enjoying the firepit. We had a very nice stay. The area was quiet, except for the train, which was no bother to us, the kids loved it and we did too. The house was nice and clean and had everything you could want provided.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is clean and well managed. The host was accessible and welcoming. The location is great for visiting the Ark or downtown Williamstown. Plenty of grocery or restaurant options near by. Coffee bar was an added bonus!

Fabulous place and location

The property is cleaning and welcoming. It’s about 20 minutes from the Ark and 45 minutes from museum. Close to shopping and restaurants. Instacart available through Kroger’s. The house was a welcoming retreat after spending the day at the Ark and museum.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. Christa was super sweet and very helpful. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. There was nothing lacking: tv in all bedrooms, silverware, dishes, laundry detergent, etc. Less than 10 minutes to the Ark Encounter. I highly recommend staying at Charlie's Place. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Place to Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farm and enjoyed meeting Christa! The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and very close to the Ark Encounter. The Creation Museum was a short drive too. Communication with Christa was immediate, and she gave us wonderful recommendations for other places to visit in the area. The house worked perfectly for our family of 3 with plenty of room to spread out. Christa goes out of her way to set up and decorate the home to make guests feel welcomed. We wished we could have stayed longer! When visiting the area again, we will not hesitate to return to this home! Thank you Christa for being such a wonderful host and making our vacation a little more special!

Just perfect!

Three friends and I were there for a conference at the ark. It is so close to the Ark as well as food, gas, etc. The host was just the sweetest! She responded super fast to any questions! She even contacted us about the weather reports of warnings for the area. This place was CLEAN! Beds are comfortable. One was soft, one was firm and one was in the middle! *smile* There are trains that go by but they never blow their horn, so I slept right through it! There was a cute snack basket with bottled waters too! The decor is adorable. I can't think of anything bad to tell you! Loved it!
