LIVING ROOM (Main Floor)
This cozy living room is equipped with a Smart TV and guest WiFi for entertainment, complemented by an easy-on gas fireplace, comfortable sofa and two swivel chairs facilitating easy conversation between the living room and kitchen areas. A coffee table, side table, throw blanket, decorative pillows, and a record player add to the inviting atmosphere, while direct access to the front deck offers a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

SECOND LIVING ROOM (Basement)
This room offers ample entertainment with a 65" Smart TV and comfortable seating provided by two sofas and two chairs. A coffee table and side table create a cozy space for gatherings, while board games stored within the media console provide additional leisure options. The room also provides a convenient walkout to the back patio and is open to the game room.

GEAR DROP ENTRY (Basement)
Utilize the large french door entrance into the basement to unload all your outdoor gear. Featuring boot dryers, gravity grabber ski racks, bench, coat hooks, and 2 storage lockers.

GAME ROOM (Basement)
Have some indoor fun with our foosball table, wall mounted connect 4, board games, and cornhole.

KITCHEN
Equipped with all the essentials and more. Guests will find a wide range of appliances, cookware, and utensils, ensuring they have everything they need to prepare meals during their stay. Coffee grounds are provided for your first pot as you settle in.

DECK
Our private deck hosts a sitting area with a small table for relaxation, as well as a convenient propane grill equipped with propane and grilling utensils for outdoor cooking. Accessible from the driveway, living room, or dining area, it offers guests multiple entry points to enjoy the fresh air.

PATIO
The patio is a charming outdoor retreat, complete with a welcoming patio table for dining, a cozy firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for gatherings, and ambient lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, a barrel sauna offers the perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation

YARD
Our spacious and private yard includes mini walking trails winding through its wooded areas and provides ample space for yard games and additional activities.

All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a modern, clean feel. Linens, a quilt and/or comforter, and extra blankets are provided for a restful night’s sleep.

PRIMARY BEDROOM (Main Floor)
Overlooking the back patio, this room has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, dresser, and luggage rack, two nightstands with lamps, and ensuite bathroom w/ tub.

SECOND BEDROOM (Main Floor)
Also overlooking the back patio, this room has a queen bed, ceiling fan, dresser, luggage rack, is adjacent to a full bathroom w/ tub and features our favorite mountain accent wall.

THIRD BEDROOM (Loft)
This private bedroom with door has 2 queen beds, a ceiling fan, oversized closet, dresser, 2 luggage racks, smart plug, ensuite bathroom w/ standing shower and opens to extra loft living space.

FOURTH BEDROOM (Lower Level)
With french doors opening to the back patio, this room has a king bed, large closet, dresser, luggage rack, and is adjacent to a full bathroom with a standing shower.

FIFTH BEDROOM (Lower Level)
Connected to the second living room and game room, this room has a king bed, dresser, luggage rack.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the main floor bathroom closet, the utility room on the lower level, and the shed. If access to the shed is desired for storage of gear, please notify hosts.

Self-check-in is at 4pm or after.

Other things to note:
-Air conditioning is provided from June 8 to September 15 to ensure your comfort.
-We provide a starter supply of the following items to get you going: coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
-A plow service shovels snow (above 5 inches) in the winter. A shovel and salt are available near the main entrance for guest use.
-Early Check-in Fee: $35/hour by request and prior approval only
-Late Checkout Fee: $35/hour by request and prior approval only
*Late checkout without prior approval will result in a $100/hour fee
