Escape to Lupine Cabin at Shore Acres Lodge, a cozy two-bedroom mountain cottage set within a historic two-acre, pine-shaded lakefront property on Big Bear Lake. Accommodating up to five guests and welcoming up to two pets, this inviting retreat combines shared direct lake access, family-friendly outdoor amenities, and an excellent location within walking distance of local marinas and Big Bear Village.

Originally known as Potters Camp in the early 1900s, Shore Acres Lodge is a unique collection of twelve mountain-style cabins nestled along the shoreline of Big Bear Lake. Lupine Cabin gives your family or small group the privacy of its own cottage while providing access to the shared lakefront spaces and recreational amenities found throughout this historic Big Bear property.

Inside, the 550-square-foot cabin provides a comfortable and practical setup for your mountain getaway. The first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second offers a full/twin bunk bed, creating flexible sleeping accommodations for families and groups of up to five guests. A hallway three-quarter bathroom with a stand-up shower completes the cabin's accommodations.

High-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen streaming TV provide modern convenience when you're ready to relax indoors, but the real highlight of a stay at Lupine is everything waiting just outside. Shore Acres sits directly along Big Bear Lake, giving guests shared direct access to the shoreline along with a seasonal boat dock and fishing area.

During the warmer months, cool off at the shared community swimming pool, available on weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Sucks

Bathroom door cant close properly, leaks all the way to the room. Bathroom sink faucet installed wrongky everytime u will be wet when using it. Cant charge or plug extra fan in the room. Kitchet utensils are dirty didnt washed still have some food on it even the coffee marks on the cups.

I wanted to stay at a place with a heated pool or a jacuzzi and I wanted it to be lakefront so I applied those filters on my search. Well, there was no pool or jacuzzi that could be used as neither had water. I was near the lake but my cabin was not lakefront.

Cute little cabin by the lake

Nothing crazy special. It’s a little place but it was perfect for our family of 3 on my hubbys first birthday as a daddy. We used 1 room to store all of our luggage and stuff that comes along with a baby and the other was perfect for us. No a/c or heat but with blankets it was fine at night. There was a chill in the morning being so close to the lake but the views were incredible.

Place is clean. Cozy. The sink was clogged and the heat lamp in the bathroom was not working so you would freeze using the restroom. The door locks wouldn't lock from the inside so we had to leave the door unlocked all night. I pointed these things out to the girl when I checked out and she didn't seem go care. Customer service was lacking. Close to town. Nice view of lake. Overall decent place to sleep for the night after a long day on the slopes.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
