Rum Runner Port A Beach House is located in Port Aransas, Texas, right off of 11th Street, near Ave. G and is only 3 blocks from the beach. Easily walk, cart, bike or drive to the beach from Rum Runner. Built in 2012, Rum Runner can comfortably accommodate 12 guests throughout 2100 sq. ft.

Fun beach house curb appeal draws you into Rum Runner, along with ample parking for 4 vehicles. Boat parking is allowed in the driveway. The carport area offers a large patio table and chairs to feel the sea breeze and grill your meals with a charcoal and propane grill. Party lights will make your evenings out here even more fun!

Through the fenced-in area, you'll find a private pool, perfect for jumping in to cool off from a long hot day at the beach, and don't forget the outdoor shower to rinse off. It's right at the fence for the pool.

The downstairs suite offers a king-size bed, 2 twins (upper bunk style), and a full bath. It has a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV.

Head upstairs to a beautiful spacious deck that overlooks stunning sunsets! Be sure to time your day where you end up on this deck at sunset time! You'll have ample seating with a table and 4 chairs for meals, drinks, or coffee and 2 additional chairs for kicking back!

Open your door and catch your breath as you walk into tile floors, stunning white cabinets, beautiful shiplap accent wall, and a couch that you will want to sink into!

The kitchen is well stocked with place settings, pots, pans, and every prepping, cooking, serving and eating utensil you can think of. Blender, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Skillet...we've tried to think of it all! All in a beautiful, open floor plan to help make your beach stay feel like the convenience of home.

The dining space offers a large table and 8 chairs and the kitchen island offers 4 bar stools - tons of eating and visiting space, all while looking out the windows to the stunning deck!

A few steps to the living space, where you are greeted with a super long and super cool teal/turquoise sofa and 4 chairs, driftwood and glass coffee table, large flat screen TV (cable and WIFI provided), and comfortable beach décor that you won't be able to stop looking at...it's one of our fave spaces in this beach house!

Head down the hallway to a guest bath (bath towels and washcloths provided), 3 bedrooms & a laundry closet that holds a full-size washer & dryer, and an iron and ironing board.

There are 2 King master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and both have flat-screen TVs and master closets. Plenty of privacy with the private bathrooms offering oversized showers and lots of space to unpack and get comfortable!

Also down the hallway is a bunk room with 2 built-in bunk sets, totaling 4 twin beds. It also has a closet and a flat-screen TV.

All bathrooms come stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 8 towels, 8 washcloths, and 8 hand towels. A hairdryer is also provided. A one-use shampoo and shower gel is available for guests. Be sure to bring extra!

Home Truths:
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- This home utilizes a pool warmer which can be activated when the water temperature falls below 83 degrees, usually from October 1 to April 30, depending on weather conditions and temperatures.
- Guests must request the pool warmer to be turned on in advance.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific temperature for the pool as the comfort of the pool water is influenced by the outside air temperature.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Please note that the home will be decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas tree, during the months of November, December, and January.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for 4-5 vehicles depending on the size.
- Boat parking is allowed.
- Golf cart parking is allowed.
- No garage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
