We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced with the condo temperature and the long wait for an elevator. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait with luggage and ultimately carry everything down the stairs from the 11th floor. We do want to clarify the check-in information, as we understand how important a smooth arrival is. When we sent your booking confirmation, we included the resort’s address and advised that check-in would be completed at the front desk. When you reached out again asking for the address, we referred you back to the information previously provided and also provided the name of the resort. We’re sorry there was still confusion upon arrival, and we’ll continue looking for ways to make those instructions even clearer. We also appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen supplies, condition of the condo, beach towel and chair options, and pool capacity. We understand how these details can affect the overall experience, and your feedback gives us helpful areas to review and improve. Regarding the layout, the reservation was for accommodations consisting of a two-bedroom condo and a connected one-bedroom suite, rather than a traditional three-bedroom unit. We understand that this configuration may not have been what you envisioned for your group, particularly since spending time together was an important part of your trip.
