We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is modern and clean and the kitchen is equipped with most basic necessities to be able to cook. The only thing we found missing was a cutting board. There was also a bit of an ant problem - they were crawling on the bathroom and kitchen counters, but they were quite small. Otherwise, everything was great and the location is perfect.

Lovely little apartment with everything we needed. Host communication was good although we didn’t need much in the way of help as everything pretty self explanatory. Yes there is a steep hill to climb to get back from Funchal but this was perfect for walking dinner off at the end of the day. Walk takes around 15-20 mins. There were some earlier reviews about lack of hot water but we didn’t find this to be a problem at all, in fact the boiler looked brand new and the shower is lovely! Will definitely book again.

Amazing place

If I could give more that 5 stars I would, what a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city, everything from start to finish was hassle free, the host was so good answering any questions I had but it’s the accommodation that needs more than 5 stars, the right location, everything you could need is here, I could not of wished for anything more, a truly fantastic place to stay and hopefully I will get the chance to head back soon

Nice Apartment

Its a nice comfortable and clean apartment. (For 2 Persons) The only thing which should be fixed, is that the linked adress for google maps is not the exact building in the street. All in all its worth for a vacation!

Très bel appartement récent, super bien situé et très confortable pour 2 personnes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Lisbeth était super gentille et accomodante. Il y a tout à moins de 10 min de marche et 15 Min du centre. Je recommande sans hésiter et nous allons très certainement y retourner.

L'appartement est très propre, mais pas tout à fait conforme aux photos et aux descriptions puisque l'annonce est la même pour les 3 ou 4 locations. Il serait peut-être judicieux de prévenir que le logement est situé dans une rue très pentue (comme sûrement 95% des logements à Funchal) et qu'il n'est pas simple de se garer à proximité, à moins de risquer de laisser la voiture le long de la rue plutôt étroite. De plus, pour arriver dans le centre de Funchal, on met entre 10 et 15 minutes à pied. Rien d'insurmontable, mais différent des 5 annoncées. Le logement est bien équipé en appareils éléctroménagers et en serviettes, draps et couvertures. Cependant, une petite réserve d'épicerie serait appréciable, pour ne pas avoir à acheter un paquet de sel ou de sucre pour seulement quelques jours. L'installation de lampes de chevet dans la chambre pourrait aussi être judicieuse. En bref, le logement est très bien, même s'il manque quelques détails pour que le séjour y soit parfait.

Hébergement très bien placé, confortable et très propre. Assez accessible, mais il ne faut pas avoir peur des montées (comme dans tout Funchal finalement). Très très bien équipé (machine à laver, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux avec diffuseur, machine à café…). La chasse d’eau et l’aération sont un peu bruyantes. En dehors de ça, tout était parfait !

La casa è molto carina e dispone di tutti i comfort necessari. Anche la comunicazione con l’host è rapida e efficiente. Do 4 stelle solo perché il bagno non ha la finestra e c’è la ventola automatica che si accende con la luce che è davvero rumorosa. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Grazie

A 15 minutos andando del centro de Funchal, toda la casa muy bien equipada con lavadora, secador de pelo, cafetera y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Lo único que no hay es lavavajillas. La cama muy cómoda. La única pega que le pongo a la casa es que en la ventana del comedor podría haber unas cortinas para más privacidad. El barrio super tranquilo y seguro

L'appartamento è perfettamente conforme all'annuncio, si trova in una bella zona vicino a tutto, collegata anche con il servizio di trasporti pubblici urbani. La comunicazione con l'host è stata di successo. I suggerimenti riguardano la mancanza di una tenda in cucina e la poca durata dell'acqua calda per la doccia. Tutto il resto è perfetto.
