This 1 bedroom apartment boasts fantastic views to the bay, the mountains and the city, and has a nice balcony to enjoy them. The views can also be enjoyed from the living room, the bedroom and even from the kitchen.

With 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and 1 full bathroom, it can accommodate 2 guests comfortably.
There's an elevator to the 5th floor, and then a flight of stairs to the apartment on the 6th floor.

Stunning views

The property is very compact but comfortable. It is perfect for two people with plenty of room for outdoor eating on the balcony. The view from the balcony is amazing you can see across the city and down to the dock and the sunrise was out of this world.

A wonderful apartment with an amazing large balcony with excellent views of the sea and the mountains and is not overlooked. The windows and doors on every aspect provided a wonderful cool breeze throughout the apartment. The host was very responsive. Perfect location for staying in Funchal. We would thoroughly recommend.

Great view

Lovely view of the harbour and city from 6th floor in a building very close to the cathedral downtown. The apartment was small, but quite sufficient for 2 people.The owner works in a store next door, so communication and check in was easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy apartment in the middle of Funchal

In the middle of Funchal and yet surprisingly quiet. A small but fully equipped apartment - even with a washing machine. But the best thing about it is the terrace with a 180 view over Funchal and the sea. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location

The location is as good as it gets. There is lift and then two short flights of steps. The apartment is compact but has an terrace with excellent views to the sea and up the hill above central Funchal. There was an irritating noise from something like an air conditioning unit outside the bedroom window. The downside for us was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever had. For some people this will not be a problem and, anyway, mattresses can be changed. Overall, the fabulous location makes up for this.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Man sollte sagen es ist eine Art PUP in der Nähe der freitags und Samstags sehr lange 4-5 Uhr morgens auf hat. Der Lärm dadurch könnte störend sein. Ohrenstopfen schaffen Abhilfe. Der gigantische Ausblick von Terasse entschädigt alles. Wunderschön. Wir würden sofort wieder das Apartment buchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehen. Störte uns nicht weiter

Toll gelegen, wunderbarer Blick, nette Vermieter

Wir haben wirklich eine wunderbare Zeit in Funchal und vorallem morgens und abends auf der wunderbaren Terrasse verbracht. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick in die Berge und in den Hafen. Nach 2 Nächten hatten wir uns auch an das schmalere, härtere Bett gewöhnt und konnten die Tage genießen. Die Wohnung war einfach, sauber, ruhig und die Lage für den Preis wirklich klasse. Die Vermieter waren immer hilfsbereit und bei Kleinigkeiten sofort zur Stelle, z. B. funktionerte die bereitgestellte Saftpresse nicht und sofort erhielten wir Ersatz. Ein Parkhaus befand sich in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg (pro Tag 5 Euro), Restaurants, Bars etc. direkt vor der Tür. Jeden Mittwoch findet direkt um die Ecke ein Biomarkt mit tollem einheimischen Obst und Gemüse statt, total lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank! Alexandra und Andreas
