Home was very clean, modern and well appointed. Owner provided a nice variety of snacks and other items far beyond the expected basics. Parking on the street was no problem, there were plenty of spots. The house is very spacious. We were very comfortable here and would highly recommend.

Excellent weekend stay

I highly recommend anyone staying at this beautiful property. The owners thought of everything, from hair straightener to coffee to board games. This is one of the cleanest homes I’ve stayed in and the beds were very comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this home more and I look forward to staying in the future.

Would absolutely recommend staying here. House was updated and incredibly clean. Living room area is perfect for spending time with friends/family, and everything we needed was there. 3-5 minute walk to breakfast restaurant, brewpub, ice cream shop and more. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay, this home is comfortable, clean and full of special touches to make us feel welcome. It’s in a lovely neighborhood that’s close to local restaurants and sites, and it’s just a 20 minute walk to the Oregon District. The house was perfect. The owners have thought of every detail to make this a home away from home. It was a welcome home base for our son’s wedding. We had a great stay here. We were nervous because there weren’t a lot of reviews, but took a chance. So glad we did. The home is historic and modern in just the right ways. The neighborhood is very historic. In fact, there was a special event going on where costumed guides were giving tours of the beautiful homes on this street.

Perfect!

We had a dance competition at the Dayton Convention Center and this location was ideal. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. The owner was very communicative and even reached out to let us know we could check out later if it was helpful as his cleaner was sent coming until later. I found this to be very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely home in beautiful historic neighborhood. This house seems bigger than it appears in the listing and is very well appointed. The hosts anticipated every need and stocked us quite well. Very clean and orderly. All three bedrooms were well suited to a couple, including storage space.
