A warm and inviting three bedroom, three bath cottage located on a wooded lot near Lake Michigan. This cottage features a peaceful, quiet setting for retreat, yet has enough space for family reunions and gatherings with friends. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor and laundry facilities. Relax in our outdoor hot tub, read a book on our screened in porch or enjoy family and friends around an outdoor wood fire. In the winter, enjoy time in front of the wood stove after a day of cross country skiing. This home offers a peaceful getaway with all the comforts and amenities of home. This is a great house for entertaining friends and family or enjoying a romantic getaway for two in a beautiful wooded area with easy access to wonderful nearby restaurants and shopping. Access to area Lake Michigan beaches is a short drive away. Stroll through the neighborhood to view beautiful Lake Michigan and enjoy a gorgeous sunset.

We have lived in Michigan most of our lives and have come to love Lake Michigan and all the beauty of southwest Michigan. Our goal is to provide a wonderful space for relaxation and fun for our guests so they can appreciate all this wonderful area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property as soon as we saw it. The home is comforting and inviting and the property is beautiful and even though we have neighbors, it feels secluded and peaceful. We love hearing the sounds of the woods at night and waking up to the sun sending shafts of light through the woods.

What makes this property unique

This property provides an opportunity to enjoy a comfortable, roomy home while experiencing the beauty that is Lake Michigan. While staying with us, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature and also experience the vibrant cultural activities of the South Haven/Douglas/Saugatauk area.
