We had so much fun! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, let us meet all the animals, and the apartment was perfect for the night. Perfect overnight stop.
We had SO MUCH FUN enjoying all the precious animals on the farm! Wow! We wish we could have stayed longer and not just passing through! The apartment above the barn was perfect … so well appointed. From the moment we walked in it felt so welcoming, and it was so clean! What a treasure of a place!!!!!
What a wonderful little barn apartment, perfect for traveling with a dog. Our second time staying here, and we were just as delighted as the first. Communication was great from start to finish, and Valerie was welcoming and responsive. We stayed while visiting the National Park about 45 minutes away, and enjoyed lazy mornings with a coffee while walking around the property, visiting all of the animals. Very pet and kid friendly. Highly recommend staying here, and we look forward to being back again soon.
This was such a charming place to stay. Hosts were very polite and helpful. We loved interacting with the animals, and we were grateful to find somewhere that was truly pet friendly. We plan to return in the future!
We absolutely loved our stay at Gabe’s Getaway! It’s such a peaceful, unique little place, and the animals make the experience incredibly special. The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed! You can tell how much love and care goes into the property and all of the animals. It was the perfect little escape, and we would happily come back again. Highly recommend!
Great place to stay. Hosts were very friendly and the animals were cool to interact with. Lots of things to do here (animals, fishing, fire pit, pond...) and we were a little sad it was just a stopover for us.
