We had a great 3 day stay. Host was easy to communicate with. Overall cleanliness was good. Front entry way carpet was soaked in water so we had to remove. Downstairs bathroom smelt awful upon our arrival. Water pressure in lower bath is not good at all. Limited cooking utensils. Other then that the stay was satisfactory.

Cancelled on doorstep

This host did not communicate well with us. She ended up cancelling our booking with our employee on the doorstep of the home. It was only when we tried to get the door code that she told us that she had to cancel our booking. I understand that things happen but we should have been her first call to let us know the booking was cancelled. Very unprofessional.

Our family was disappointed with our stay. Way too many dead flies!!! What was going on? The floors were covered in them. We swept them up but were unable to find where they were entering. Upstairs couch was unacceptably stained and should be removed. Bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen were clean. The outside sitting area was very unkept. I might suggest a name over the Annex to identify it. Parking was not well marked. We did appreciated the clean appliances and overall cleanliness.
