Spacious & Cozy Condo, Wood Burning Fireplace, Steps to Canyon Lodge & Slopes

This two-story condo has been renovated with a beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. This spacious unit features a custom woodburning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, cozy living room, formal dining room with seating for six, bar area, open kitchen and an outdoor balcony.

The two downstairs bedrooms are separated for privacy, the master bedroom has a queen bed and private attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the couch in the living room folds out to a bed.

The perfect family vacation condo and walking distance to Canyon Lodge. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and no smoking or pets are permitted. The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no steps to this unit and there are 2 levels inside. Easy walk to Canyon Lodge!

We could dry our boot liners and other wet gear with just the bathroom heated fans. Jacuzzi was a short walk and nice & big with a covered deck. We would stay here again.

Pretty out dated. Electrical would flicker often. WiFi was very poor and affected us being able to use white noise for our toddler. Toilet in master kept running at night and keeping us awake. Definitely a solid walk to slopes so that is close to false advertising. For what you get, prices should be a lot lower.

No contact check in was quick and easy. Condo was neat and clean. Nice to have soap, lotion and shampoo along with quality towels. Mattresses all too firm for my family. WiFi password didn’t work, no call back when reported.

Great Condo close to Canyon Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo, walking distance to Canyon Lodge which was super fun during the festivities, apre ski DJ... The Condo itself had all the amenities one needs for a few days on vacation but the mattresses on all the beds, especially the sofa pull out were extremely uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have had a few more dish towels in the kitchen. But besides those minor things that the owners can easily fix, we loved it!

Great Place for our Ski Vcation

Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for what we wanted--being able to make breakfast in the morning as well as dinner after coming back from a full day of skiing. The unit was clean and and had a couple useful amenities like a stove, microwave, toaster, etc. I gave a 4 our of 5 for the general condition since there were a few things that could improve on. However, overall, we had a very good time and we would rent this unit out again.

4th at Mammoth

Not a lot of natural sunlight. The smoke detectors go off when showering. And kitchen is missing basics for example a cutting board.

Pleasant stay during spring break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit for 3 nights during a spring break ski trip. The rooms were very clean and spacious for 4 adults. The kitchen was fully functional and has all the tools we needed. Even though the check-in was done at a different location, the staff was very friendly and allowed us to return keys in the afternoon instead of the morning check-out time. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The only minor downsides are (1) we couldn't park in front of the condo because it was a steep, slope, so we had to park at Canyon street about 20 meters away; (2) The Canyon lodge is close but walking there with all ski equipments could be tiring (especially after a day of skiing). We ended up sending a driver down to pick up the car and then the rest of the group.

Big Dump Mammoth Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, we love this condo. We have stayed there at least half a dozen times. It is very convenient to canyon lodge and is the perfect size for our family. We had problems though, this trip. There were only 3 bath towels for 5 people. There were only pillow cases for about half the pillows, the dishes weren't clean before we got there and there was only one wine glass. The sauna was broken. The hot tub was disgusting with this brownish slime on the foam. We weren't sure what it was. The ping pong paddles were plastic or plywood. We essentially could not use the rec. area because of poor maintenance. Overall, the place is great but it looks like maintenance has really declined in the past year. Hopefully they will get a new team in there to improve things.

The home was not cleaned. There was popcorn on the floor of the living area, dead bugs near sills of windows, plastic garbage left on the floor, dead bugs on the walls of the shower. The community hot tub did not work, the sauna did not get hot enough to heat the entire room. The beds in one room were way too soft and the master bed was way too firm. the kitchen also has no baking sheets to use in the oven.
