Located within walking distance to the Gondola at The Village and near Canyon Lodge, it is also on the free winter shuttle route (Blue Line). The unit itself has been renovated from top to bottom and offers a Mountain modern space for the whole family. A spacious full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything needed to prepare family meals. A large flatscreen TV over the pellet stove in the living room allows the whole gang to gather together to catch a game or movie. On the lower level is the primary bedroom with Queen bed, TV, and adjacent full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs is the loft perfectly built for kids with 4 built in twin bunk beds, and TV. The third bedroom on this level offers a Queen bed, and access to the shared adjacent full bathroom with fully tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. This home also offers a private washer and dryer so you can enjoy all the conveniences of home. The home has wood flooring throughout, and all new fixtures and furnishings throughout, and complimentary WIFI. San Sierra offers 2 parking spaces maximum (no exceptions), an indoor community hot tub and sauna . All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Amazing Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in this cozy spot only a 5-minute walk from the village! It had everything we needed. Only complaint would be that the fireplace chimney needed cleaning as the smoke would filter back through the apartment even with the vent open. Also, the photos need to be updated on the Mammoth reservations website as the place looked completely renovated/different than what was advertised. Not a bad thing, but a bit confusing when we first walked in. This spot was great and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice Remodel and great location

The remodel on this place was amazing definitely new and super clean. Very refreshing change of pace from the typical 1970s decor everywhere else in Mammoth seems to have, haha. The hot tub and sauna in the complex were great after a day of skiing, albeit a little small (we had them to ourselves but it would have been tight if there were other groups there at the same time). It's pretty tough to beat the location of this place though - couple minute walk down to the village restaurants/gondola or if that's too much for you there's also a shuttle stop across the street that will take you to/from canyon lodge. Hopefully I don't regret submitting this review - I definitely will try to stay here again for future ski trips. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled about is check in/check out. The unit has a keypad so no keys on manage which is great but you still have to go to the mammoth reservations office to pick up/drop off the parking permits (would've been nice if you could leave them in the unit at checkout at least so you don't have to go backwards into town on your last day to drop them off before skiing)

Spring Skiing

Great location, dirty hot tub, inconsiderate property management

Overall nice place. The kitchen is outdated. Hot tub water was brown green and looked unsafe, not useable at all, which was a major reason for staying here. We experienced a blizzard all day and night before check out. Our cars were completely covered and the smaller roads around the vrbo where we were all parked were not plowed. We shoveled ourselves out for hours and when I called to ask what would happen if we were snowed in and had to stay a little later than the 10am checkout, they were so rude and inconsiderate, asking to charge us extra, saying we would need to pay for late check out or an entire other nights stay if it was past noon.
