Communications were easy, Host was very responsive, nice, and worked with us. Main living space is compact, however, the master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The stairs treads going to bedrooms and bathroom are very narrow would not recommend for small children or physically impaired people or animals.
First, I must compliment Jennifer on being very forthcoming about the details of her property. The steps are steep and there is no designated kitchen space. THE STEPS ARE VERY STEEP. She even asked me if I was sure before confirming the booking. The kitchen, dining and living room are combined but you have all that you need. Being upfront is great because many times small details like this are left out of the listing and you are surprised when you arrive. So GREAT JOB Jennifer. No problems and we enjoyed the stay. When you enter you find Jennifer has left lots of goodies, hot and cold beverages etc. You have a choice of a single cup coffee maker and a multi cup pot which again is a nice addition (usually overlooked). One caution is that if you are over 6’1 you may find some areas pretty tight upstairs. Good stay overall !
Everything was great. Nice and cozy place. Host was very communicative. The stairs were no joke but the steepness was clearly communicated. Everything was clean and pleasant. Just what we needed. Will def stay again.
Comfortable beds, clean house. The steep steps are a killer. That and everytime one needs to use the bathroom it is up the steps. If you are young and healthy it will not be an issue.
Owners were very accommodating and had kitchen stocked. Clean and cozy. Family was comfortable including my dog. Reviews were accurate about stairs. LOL. None the less…we enjoyed ourselves; location very convenient as well. Would love to book again.
We have 2 dogs and needed a place for one night.
The place was super cute. However, the stairs were very steep. This was mentioned in a review,s so I was prepared. But they are VERY steep, and it was difficult for the dogs to get up/down them. The twin bed's mattress very uncomfortable, but the other one was fine
Very well kept place. Everything you would need for a few nights stay. Steps are a little steep, which was communicated to me before hand. The parking will fit 2 bass boats with trucks attached.
I will rent this again.
As pet parents being able to have our Porkchop with us was very accommodating. We apologize for leaving and not removing his dropping, the plan was to do it before we left this morning.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Quaint
Property was super clean and newly done decorated for the holidays. It’s a garage redone into a two bedroom one bath studio. Has microwave, dorm room refrigerator which they stocked and had a griddle to cook on. Coffee pot. No living area. Had to sit at a big table. Had a fenced in back yard, hot tub and a screened gazebo which you had to share with homeowners. Share driveway with home owners. Overall it was clean and quiet but uncomfortable.I thought I was renting a two bedroom small home with kitchen (picture) and instead I rented a remodeled one car garage. Had to rearrange my Thanksgiving plans because I had no kitchen.
