No Running Water!

We have traveled to Avellanas for over 20 years. The Enclave is new and they are currently building more houses. They have a water problem in the area with all the new developments. The property manager and Vacasa did not inform us that there would be no running water during the day because they are working on installing new water pumps to the local aqueduct. We know other property managers for other units who informed their guests before their stay. Unfortunately, there was no forewarning and they offered no solution to the problem once we were there. I would not recommend Vacasa or this unit specifically given our experience and poor customer service. Each time I reached out to either party they informed me that they would get back to me but failed to do so. I recommend you look elsewhere until this problem is solved.
