Excellent stay!

We found the property to be very clean and well appointed! We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The pool was awesome for a dip in the hot afternoons! There were 4 adults and one child (12). There was plenty of room for all of us. I would highly recommend this house for a stay in Mazatlan!

Horrible experience

We never got to stay at this place. After booking this place right the next day, the host kept emailing saying that we were supposed to change the date or cancel long story short they ended up cancelling on us and not giving us all our money back. Absolutely horrible experience…….

We have a minimum night stay. I offered to physically hand you your refund so you didn’t lose a dime by having VRBO refund it. I tried to help you but you refused my help. If I was so horrible I could have hid behind the cancellation policy but I didn’t - I understood your situation and only wanted to help.
